Have you had your computer die, or an xbox stop working? If you think about how a little component, on a simple circuit, can cause total failure, or cascading issues you would never fly again. If something happened we will never know, but it could have. Lack of evidence isn't to say it did, but what evidence is there? Anything could have happened, but we will never know now. Each time we fly we trust computer components and software. Good luck I guess :) edit: also one defective battery and all the testing is null and void. Yeah, imagine that made in china battery fails (could be from anywhere of course) :/

FlightRadar gets their data from ADS-B receivers they have all over the place. i think they get some data from other sources, but largely they get data directly from the planes flying overhead. It's just a radio beacon with information about the flight, you can receive it with a simple little RTL-SDR (basically a USB TV tuner turned into a radio receiver). FlightRadar also has a program where when you upload your data you get free premium access or something, which incentivizes people setting up receiver stations and uploading data to FlightRadar.

This needs to be updated since we now know the tracker on the plane was manually turned off. Go watch mentor pilots video on this

Thats not what report said about him flying the route. You read the report and said it cant be known if the coordinates at the same time. They are automatically saved after 15 mins. The report even said there was nothing unusual. Those coordinates weren't evennthe only coordinates, they were just picked because they vaguely followed the believed path. Theres no evidence of a suicide, but its the answer😂 The one theory with the least evidence (besides aliens😂😂) is the suicide theory. The problem with the "known" path is that they are assuming it went south and not continued north. Basically they have the longitude/meridians but not the latitudes.

If no one else on that plane knew how to fly one, then it is reasonable to assume that the pilot or co-pilot was involved.

The battery thing cannot be summarily dismissed. And no, they are not or should not randomly pack empty holds with batteries, Simon. There are in fact limits to how large batteries passengers are allowed to bring - for the very reason that they can catch fire easily and if they do, they burn with an intensity able to melt or weaken metal structures and their fire cannot be put out in a normal way. By easily, i mean you can cause them to ignite with a short or puncture, no flame needed. The tests were dumb. A Li-ion battery will ignite if you stick a needle through it. Or short it.
